NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-002665-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Orange County's Public Auction website, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 15th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS UNIT NO. E06-2, BUILDING NO. 1, WINDHOVER, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED PERCENTAGE INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF WINDHOVER, A CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2435, PAGE 581, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
