BARTOW; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARK S. BARTOW N/K/A CAROL BARTOW are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am on September 20, 2013 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes. the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 41 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST AKA TRACTS 167 AND 168, CHARLOTTE RANCHETTES, AN UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION LYING AND BEING IN CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
