NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 02, 2013 and entered in Case No. 08-2011-CA-001886 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and EDITH M. JOHNSON; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 2nd day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 5, RIVERSIDE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH BOAT LOT 5, AS SHOWN ON INSERT A OF SAID PLAT OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED SUBDIVISION.
