Shore, Clerk of Circuit Court of Manatee county, Florida, will on the 14th day of August, 2013, at 11:00 a.m., conduct through the Internet for Manatee County foreclosures at www.manatee.realforeclose.com offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described license situated in Manatee County, Florida:

pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on July 11, 2013, in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is Derek Gilmer and Adrienne Gilmer vs. Alley Cat Junction, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company d/b/a Rasher Tierney's, Donald Baine, Alina Copelan, Alise Futch-Copelan, Ronald M. Greenbaum, State of Florida, Department of Business Regulation, Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco, State of Florida, Department of Revenue, Premier Beverage Company, LLC and Republic National Distributing Company and the Case Number of which is 2011 CA 008723.
