NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 21, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 41-2011-CA-007649, DIVISION: B, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff, and AMANDA MOLIDOR-PETRIN; WILLOWBROOK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
