NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated June 17, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 41-2009-CA-007666 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 8th day of August, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 43, HAMMOCK PLACE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE(S) 23 THROUGH 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
