NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated June 24, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-003677 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Colette Mary Gerrish a/k/a Colette M. Gerrish f/k/a Colette Mary Vallecilla are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on August 2, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 1/2 OF LOTS 16 & 17, BLOCK 18, PALMA SOLA PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 122, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
