Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 12, 2012, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on May 31, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 49 OF PARKSIDE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, AT PAGES 160-167, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
a/k/a 3411 E 71ST STREET, PALMETTO, FL 34221
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on August 08, 2013 at 11:00 AM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
