NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 8, 2013, entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-005714 ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Kimberly E. Wingard a/k/a Kimberly E. Greenholdt; Harold D. Wingard, II; Carpenters Run Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenants in Possession #1; Unknown Tenants in Possession #2; If living, and all Unknown Unknown Parties claiming by, through, under and against the above named Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said Unknown Parties may claim an interest as Spouse, Heirs, Devisess, Grantees, or Other Claimants are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 12th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 77, CARPENTERS RUN, PHASE IVB, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 87-89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
