NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2011-CA-002596ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 5th day of August, 2013, bidding will begin at 11:00 a.m. online via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
PARCEL B: THE WEST 100.0 FEET OF THE EAST 445.33 FEET OF THE NORTH 210.0 FEET OF THE SOUTH 235.0 FEET SW 1/4 IF THE SE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO DRAINAGE EASMENT OVER AND ACROSS THE WEST 2.5 FEET THEREOF. BEING PORTION OF TRACT 123, ZEPHYHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, IN SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
