NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-000150 WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2005-HE4, is the Plaintiff and Sonya M. Cross, Tenant #1 n/k/a Shawn Soltis, Tenant #2 n/k/a Stephanie Soltis, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pasco.realforeclose.com in Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 13th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 236, TANGLEWOOD TERRACE UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 145, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
