NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 1, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-007060WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of November 1, 2005 MASTR Asset-Backed Securities Trust 2005-FRE1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-FRE1, is the Plaintiff and Ottie J. Stuprich, Mary C. Thela, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for Fremont Investment & Loan, Tenant #1 N/K/A Brad Barnes, Tenant #2 N/K/A T.J. Barnes, are defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 12th day of August 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
