NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-008888WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corp., Home Equity Asset Trust 2006-1, Home Equity Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-1, is the Plaintiff and Alan L. Johnston, Teisha M. Johnston, Tenant #1 n/k/a Anthony Zurlo, Tenant #2 N/K/A kelly Zulo, are defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 12th day of August 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
