NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7, 2013, and entered in 51-2012-CA-007486-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R11, is the Plaintiff and ROLANDO AVILA A/K/A ROLANDO A. AVILA; EVANGELINA AVILA; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on August 7, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1 THROUGH 4, AND THE EAST 14 FEET OF LOT 5, BLOCK 2, LYING SOUTH OF S.R. 41, LESS THE NORTH 5.0 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, BLANTON LAKE PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO A UTILITY EASEMENT OF THE SOUTH 5 FEET THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
