NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-005419-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and PAMELA M. BUREAU; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAMELA M. BUREAU; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SUNTRUST BANK; MEADOW POINTE III HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION INC.; WHITLOCK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY LLC; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 5th day of August 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 12, OF MEADOW POINTE III, PHASE 1, UNIT 1C-1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, AT PAGES 5 THROUGH 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
