Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of PASCO County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in PASCO County, Florida described as:
LOT 581 OF THE PROPOSED PLAT OF PALM TERRACE GARDENS, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PROPOSED PLAT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 628, PAGE 756 TOGETHER WITH RIGHTS OF INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER STREETS AS DEDICATED BY DOCUMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 618, PAGE 212, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 7735 Arbordale Drive, Port Richey, FL 34668, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., on AUGUST 12, 2013, at 11:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
