NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 13, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2008-CA-005877-XXXX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 12th day of August, 2013, bidding will begin at 11:00 a.m. online via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT PARCEL OF LAND IN CITY OF LUTZ, PASCO COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN DEED O/R BOOK 4415, PAGE 1447, ID # 28-26-19-0030-00000-0170, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 17, TWIN LAKE, PHASE 2A, FILED IN PLAT BIIK 29, PAGE 106-108 RECORDED 11/6/1991.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
