NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on July 8, 2013 by the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, the property described as:
Lot 13, Block 8, IVY LAKE ESTATES - PARCEL THREE - PHASE ONE, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 44, Pages 75 through 78, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 11:00 A.M., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on August 14, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
