LOT 15, BLOCK I, 8TH ADDITION, HUDSON BEACH ESTATES, UNIT NO.3, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, A/K/A 11TH FINGER WEST OF OLD DIXIE HIGHWAY AND SOUTH OF NOLAN CANAL, ACCORDING TO PLAT OF SURVEY PREPARED BY ARTHUR F. CASTLE, FLORIDA REG. L.S. NO. 1071, DATED DECEMBER 22, 1961.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Yashmin Chen-Alexis, Esquire, Brock & Scott, PLLC., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1501 N.W. 49th Street, Suite 200, Ft. Lauderdale, FL. 33309, on or before 8/19/2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
