BEARING MERIDIAN ESTABLISHED FOR THIS DESCRIPTION AND SURVEY WAS BASED ON AN ASSUMED BEARING OF SOUTH 90 DEGREES 00 MINUTES OO SECONDS EAST FOR THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 7, BLOCK 12 OF SAID H.R. NICKS SUBDIVISION AS ESTABLISHED BY A PREVIOUS SURVEY MADE BY CORNERSTONE SURVEYING AND LAND PLANNING INC., WORK ORDER NO. 94-185, MAP D-327. DATED 04/28/94.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy to your written defenses, if any, to this action on Phelan Hallinan, PLC, attorneys for plaintiff, whose address is 2727 West Cypress Creek Road, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33309, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, either before or immediately thereafter, 8/19/2013 otherwise a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
