Beeler and April L. Beeler, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on August 5, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
