LOT 825, HOLIDAY LAKE ESTATES, UNIT TWELVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 23 AND 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1024 SOLAR DRIVE, HOLIDAY, FL 34691; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on August 13, 2013 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
