NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 25, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-002031ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is Plaintiff and SLS LAND INC., LAKE JOVITA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13th day of August, 2013, at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
