BATES AKA CHRISTOPHER BATES and MELISSA ANN BATES AKA MELISSA BATES as the CO-PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ESTATE OF MARK F. BATES, DECEASED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DOROTHY J. SPRIGGS; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST MARK F.
