NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-004975-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE UNDER THE INDENTURE RELATING TO IMH ASSETS CORP., COLLATERALIZED ASSET-BACKED BONDS, SERIES 2005-7 is the Plaintiff and JAMES BODMANN; LUCILLE BODMANN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY,THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT (S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHERS CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 N/K/A FAY HOLMES and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) are in possession are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 12th day of August, 2013, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 70, WESTWOOD SUBDIVISION UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 109, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
