NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JUNE 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-007619-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and RONALD RAMOS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RONALD RAMOS N/K/A JOSEPHINE RAMOS; OAK GROVE P.U.D. HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on AUGUST 12, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 138, OAK GROVE PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 111, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
