NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2012CA007975-0000WH of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein PORTER CAPITAL, LLC, Plaintiff will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the www.PASCO.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00 a.m. on the 26th day of September 2013, the following property:
