NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 005984 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOMURA ASSET ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR1 is the Plaintiff and KATHLEEN MITCHELL A/K/A KATHLEEN M. MITCHELL; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 7th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 501, 11TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN THE PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE (S) 2, 2A THROUGH 2I, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
