YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Foreclosure of Mortgage on the following described property:
Lot 2 and the West 32.37 feet of Lot 4, Block A, BATTLE AND TURNER SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 98 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida (being the same property described in Deed recorded in O.R. Book 120, Page 295)
and
Lot 4, less the Westerly 32.37 feet thereof and that part of Lots 6, 8 and 10 lying Southwesterly of a drainage canal, all in Block A of a subdivision of Lot 2, Block 3 of PALMER SUBDIVISION of the South 1/2 of the South 1/2 of Section 29, Township 36 South, Range 18 East, known as BATTLE AND TURNER SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 98 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida (being the same property described in Deed recorded in O.R. Book 214, Page 587)
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Choice Legal Group, P.A., Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 1800 NW 49TH STREET, SUITE 120, FT. LAUDERDALE FL 33309 on or before August 19th, 2013, a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the BUSINESS OBSERVER and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
