NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26th , 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-007428 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES, FIRST HORIZON MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES (FHAMS 2007-AA1), BY FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, MASTER SERVICER, IN ITS CAPACITY AS AGENT FOR THE TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT is the Plaintiff and , JAMES BRYSON; and JOELLE BRYSON; and THE FOUNDERS CLUB COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 A.M. on the 1st day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT Q-19, FOUNDERS CLUB, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA (THE “HOMESITE(S)”).
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
