NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 1, 2013, and entered in Case No. 58-2009 CA 013864 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and MARK A. YOUNG A/K/A MARK YOUNG; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; AJ MARKS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP, LLC; PALMER RANCH MASTER PROPERTY ASSOCIATION, INC.; VINTAGE GRAND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CROCKER'S LAKE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on the 5th day of August 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 14, BUILDING 27, VINTAGE GRAND CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2005281688, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
