NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated June 4, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 58 2011 CA 0004642 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 5th day of August, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. online at the website: https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
BEING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF BLOCK 47, LORD`S ADDITION TO SARASOTA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 194, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE NORTH ALONG THE EAST LINEOF BLOCKS 47 AND 38, A DISTANCE OF495.4 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 54` WEST, 5 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE CONTINUED SOUTH 89 DEGREES 54` WEST, 80 FEET; THENCE NORTH 137 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 54` EAST, 80 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 137 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING; BEING LOT 13 OF AN UNRECORDED PLAT OF KENILWORTH SUBDIVISION, AND BEING LOCATED IN SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
