NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 01, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 009327 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRY WIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff, and BRUCE MOREAU, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 07 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 43, Block 919, 20th Addition to Port Charlotte, Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 8, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
