NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 010094 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RFMSI 2006SA4, is Plaintiff, and RANDY HOLLINGSWORTH A/K/A RANDY L. HOLLINGSWORTH, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 137.5 FEET OF LOT 9, ENGLEWOOD PINES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 48, 48A AND 48B, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
