NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 8, 2013 and entered in Case No. 58-2011-CA-007445 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR LUMINENT MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and STANLEY REX RAYMOND A/K/A STANLEY R. RAYMOND, III; MERRY BETH RAYMOND; BENEVA WOODS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, and TENANT #4 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 12th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
