NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to an amended Writ of Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, on the 18th day of June, 2013, in the cause wherein McKinley, Ittersagen, Gunderson, Berntsson & Wideikis, P.A., Plaintiff, and Trust America Homes, Inc. d/b/a First American Homes and BVCC Eleven, LLC, Defendants, being case number 08-2008 CA, in said Court, I, Thomas M. Knight, as Sheriff of Sarasota County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the Defendant, Trust America Homes, Inc. d/b/a First American Homes, in and to the following described real property, to-wit:
Lot 6, Block 1740, 34th ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Pages 18, 18A through 18M, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

I shall offer this property for sale at 2071 Ringling Blvd. Sarasota, FL 34237, County of Sarasota, Florida, on August 20, 2013, at the hour of 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. I will offer for sale all of the said Defendant's, Trust America Homes, Inc. d/b/a First American Homes, right, title, and interest in the aforesaid real property, at public auction and will sell the same, subject to taxes, all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder for CASH IN HAND. The moneys received through the levy on sale will be paid as prescribed by F.S.S. 56.27, and in accordance with the American Disabilities Act, persons needing a special accommodation to participate in this proceeding shall contact the individual or agency sending notice not later than seven days prior to the proceeding at the address given on notice.
