NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 30, 2013 (the “Judgment”), entered in Civil Case No.: 2011 CA 005279 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which ANGLO IRISH BANK CORPORATION LIMITED, f/k/a ANGLO IRISH BANK CORPORATION, PLC is Plaintiff and IRISH AMERICAN MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED, L.P., IRISH AMERICAN MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED I, L.P., SARASOTA QUAY U.S. PARTNERSHIP, LTD., SARASOTA QUAY U.S. PARTNERSHIP NO. 2, LTD., BUSSOLENO LIMITED, TODD M. RINCON and SHARI RINCON are the Defendants.

Beginning at the South right-of-way line of Ninth Street (now Third Street) projected to the West right-of-way line of Broadway; thence South along said line of Broadway 125 feet to a point on the North right-of-way line of an alley; thence with said line of said alley in a Westerly direction 120 feet to a point on the East right-of-way line of another alley; thence with said line of the second alley in a Northerly direction 125 feet to a point on the South right-of-way line of Ninth street (now Third Street) as projected; thence with said line in an Easterly direction 120 feet to the Point of Beginning, being a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 36 South, Range 17 East, Sarasota County, Florida, LESS that part taken by Order of Taking, recorded in Official Records Book 1798, Page 2969, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

Commence at the Northeast corner of Lot 9, Block F, Central Broadway Subdivision, recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 17 of the public records of Sarasota County Florida; thence South 35.00 feet; thence West 232.09 feet to the face of a concrete seawall; thence N. 0°04'00” West along the face of said seawall, 290.00 feet; thence East 232.43 feet; thence South 255.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Together with all structural support easements, ingress and egress easements, utility easements and drainage easements as reserved in Warranty Deed recorded in Official Records Book 1024, Page 98, public records Sarasota County, Florida.
