NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 11, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2007-CA-014802 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CMLTI 2007-0 is the Plaintiff and ANGELA DESJARDINS, AS TRUSTEE OF THE BANKS, ANDREW L. AND TERRI LAND TRUST DATED SEPTEMBER 19, 2007; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE BANKS, ANDREW L. AND TERRI LAND TRUST DATED SEPTEMBER 19, 2007; ANDREW L. BANKS; TERRI BANKS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SARASOTA EASTPOINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A RHONDA HILL, and TENANT #2 N/K/A JIM HILL are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 15th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
