NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 002697 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. WELLS FARGO DELAWARE TRUST COMPANY, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR VERICREST OPPORTUNITY LOAN TRUST 2011-NPL1, is Plaintiff and MARION DEYOUNG; HARBOR ACRES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; CORESLAB STRUCTURES (ORLANDO), INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A BARRY GRAYSON, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 7th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 83, HARBOR ACRES, SECTION 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
