NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 11th, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2009CA019063 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2012-13, is the Plaintiff and ARQUIMEDES PEREZ, ET AL, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on August 15, 2013 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 37, BLOCK 138, EIGTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 20, 20A THROUGH 2OZ2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
