CARDAMONE, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE STEVE J. CARDAMONE AND ANNETTE CARDAMONE REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED MARCH 29, 2007; steven cardamone; annette cardamone; unknown beneficiaries of the steve j. cardamone and annette cardamone revocable living trust dated march 29, 2007; unknown tenants are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on July 31, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 80 AND 81, AND THE WEST 20 FEET OF LOT 79, BLOCK 732, UNIT 22, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 1 THROUGH 16, INCLUSIVE, IN the public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
