NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 05-CA-004634 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein HOME SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA A DAVIDSON A/K/A PATRICIA COWAN DAVIDSON; BLACKWELL, SANDERS, PEPPER, MARTIN LLP, F/K/A PEPER MARTIN, JENSEN, MAICHEL AND HETLAGE; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1 N/K/A LAWRENCE COWAN AND UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2 N/K/A ANNE WARREN are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 a.m. on the 12 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
