NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 13, 2013, and entered in 36-2013-CA-051754 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and JEAN FRITZ SAINT JOUR A/K/A JEAN F. SAINT JOUR A/K/A JEAN SAINT JOUR; ROSETTE DIE SAINT JOUR A/K/A ROSETTE D. SAINT JOUR A/K/A ROSETTE SAINT JOUR; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A YVES ROSE DIEU are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on August 12, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33, OF RAINBOW GROVES UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
