Defendants, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated April 11, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2009-CA-022843, DIVISION: M, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff, and LINDA E. BRAND; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA E. BRAND IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; PAVILION PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 1st day of August, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35, WATERFORD PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 4003 Watercove Drive, Riverview, Florida 33569.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
