NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-011318 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Aames Mortgage Investment Trust 2006-1, Mortgage Backed Notes, is the Plaintiff and Allan Scott Harvey, Juanita Harvey A/K/A Juanita Stephanie Harvey, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 8th day of August 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
