NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure in the above-captioned matter, the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as Florida Alcoholic Beverage License Number 39-00404, a Series 4COP alcoholic beverage license issued by the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco for use in Hillsborough County, at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on August 15, 2013, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
