NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 03, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-004561 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL CHIELLINI; SHARON CHIELLINI A/K/A SHARON MARNALSE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 09/20/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
