NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 10, 2013 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-006123 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION 2006-G is the Plaintiff and MARY JO ALVAREZ; CARLOS HERRERA; MYRIAM ANDRADE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 09/23/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTH WEST CORNER OF LOT 57, ELLIOTT AND HARRISON SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE 100 FEET SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG SAID LOT LINE; THENCE 130 FEET SOUTHEASTERLY PARALLEL TO THE NORTHEASTERLY LINE OF THE SAID LOT; THENCE 100 FEET NORTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID LOT LINE; THENCE 130 FEET ALONG SAID LOT LINE TO THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER, THE POINT OF BEGINNING; BEING THE NORTHERLY HALF OF LOT 57.
