NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 9, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-017286 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC1 1Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and SARA A WILLIAMS A/K/A SARAH A WILLIAMS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SARA A WILLIAMS A/K/A SARAH A WILLIAMS N/K/A JAMES SAVAGE; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 09/24/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
ALL OF LOT 4, BLOCK 10, DAVIS AND DOWDELL ADDITION TO TOWN OF WIMAUMA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 136, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS THE SOUTHEASTERLY 95 FEET THEREOF, SAID EXCEPTED SOUTHEASTERLY 95 FEET OF SAID LOT 4 BEING ALL THAT PART OF SAID LOT LYING SOUTHEASTERLY OF A LINE DRAWN 95 FEET NORTHWESTERLY OF, AND PARALLEL TO THE SOUTHEASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 4.
