NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-025715 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and William H. Brassell, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., The Independent Savings Plan Company DBA ISPC, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 14th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
